Abstract
This brief calls on the upcoming federal Action Plan for Official Languages to enhance support for research on Quebec’s English-speaking official language minority community (OLMC) and for what we call the “ecosystem” required for the production of this research. As such, the brief addresses the following guiding principle of the Action Plan consultations, as stated on the official website: “to strengthen our support in order to foster the development of Canada’s rich and numerous official language minority communities.”
