Abstract
The Consortium of Official Language Minority Community Media (the Consortium) is an alliance of the three national organizations representing official language minority community media in Canada: the Association de la presse francophone (APF), the Alliance des radios communautaires du Canada (ARC du Canada) and the Quebec Community Newspapers Association (QCNA). Since 2016, the Consortium has been the common voice of all three of its members on a number of issues.
