Abstract
Le Commissariat aux langues officielles a réalisé une vérification de l’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC) de mars à juillet 2014 pour déterminer la mesure dans laquelle l’ASFC remplit ses obligations linguistiques envers le public voyageur. L’ASFC fournit des services à environ 1 200 points de service dans l’ensemble du Canada et à l’étranger. La vérification portait principalement sur les postes frontaliers terrestres et les points d’entrée aux aéroports qui sont tenus d’offrir leurs services dans les deux langues officielles en vertu de la Loi sur les langues officielles (la Loi).
