Ce document a été créé par l’Association amicale des jeunes et parents AGAPE Inc. par l’entremise de l’Initiative de réseautage et de partenariats (IRP) du Réseaux communautaire de santé et de services sociaux (RCSSS) qui appuie le développement et la mobilisation des réseaux communautaires de santé et de services sociaux partout au Québec afin de collaborer avec des partenaires locaux et régionaux dans le but d’améliorer l’accès à la santé et aux services sociaux pour la population anglophone minoritaire.
