Abstract
This report explores the role of community liaison work in improving the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities who face barriers in their access to public healthcare services. Of specific focus is the CHSSN liaison model as a promising community-based response to reducing the linguistic and cultural barriers experienced by Quebec’s Englishspeaking communities.
